What happens after you order

You get an immediate confirmation with your brief written back to you, so you can check we understood it. If anything is unclear we ask that day rather than guessing.

Timing

48 hours from the point we have a workable brief, Monday to Friday, London time, excluding UK public holidays. Larger work — starter kits, full launch packs — can take longer, and we tell you how long on the day you order.

What arrives

• The finished product as a print-ready PDF and an editable file
• Cover artwork sized for a shop listing and for social
• A written sales description ready to paste into your store
• Your licence

Revisions

Reply to the delivery email within 14 days and we put it right. Included.
