Your licence
Plain English first, then the formal wording. If the two ever disagree, the formal version in our Terms of Service is the one that counts.
What you may do
- Sell what we make for you, at any price, as many times as you like, and keep 100% of the money
- Put your own name, brand and logo on it — ours is nowhere on it
- Give it away, bundle it, use it as a free lead magnet
- Edit it, extend it, translate it, split it into pieces
- Carry on selling it forever — the licence never expires
What you may not do
- Sell or pass on the licence itself — that is, give another seller the right to sell what we made for you
- Supply it to other sellers as a resell-rights or PLR product
- Claim we did not make it if a customer asks you directly
If you are an agency wanting to deliver our work to your own clients, email us — there is a route for that and it starts with a conversation.
The formal version
BILDARR grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to reproduce, adapt, distribute and commercially exploit the deliverables supplied to you, under your own branding, in your own business. BILDARR retains ownership of its underlying templates, systems and processes. Third-party components — fonts, imagery, libraries — remain under their own licences, which are listed with each delivery; where a component cannot be licensed for your use we substitute one that can before delivery.
What we warrant
That we have the right to grant this licence and that what we deliver is our own work or properly licensed. We do not warrant that it will sell, or that any particular marketplace will approve it.
