Not a subscription and not an agency retainer. You pay once for a thirty-day window and inside it you can ask for as many builds as you like — we finish one before starting the next. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
We build it, and we are responsible for it
BILDARR is not a middleman, a marketplace or a management agency. Your work is produced by our own team, and we carry responsibility for delivering it to the written specification you approve.

What we do not build
Sales funnels and CRM systems. Also nothing unlawful, and nothing that infringes another party's copyright, trade marks or patents. No health-records software, no regulated financial products, no gambling, games or blockchain. We refund and cancel rather than build any of it.
How long each build takes
Between two and fourteen days depending on size. We assign the size and tell you before we start, so there is never an argument afterwards.

Hosting
Hosting, domains and third-party services stay in your name and on your account, billed to you directly at cost. We set them up if you want, but we never hold the keys to your business.
£999 for thirty days, paid once. Fees are non-refundable once work on a build has begun — and you approve a written specification before that happens.
