Products land within 48 hours of your brief arriving. Builds are sized before we start — two to fourteen days — and we tell you which before a penny moves.
If it is not right, reply to the delivery email inside fourteen days and we revise it. There is no revision fee and no argument about it.
A perpetual commercial licence comes with everything. Sell it, price it, put your own name on it, keep 100% of what you earn. No revenue share, no equity, nothing recurring.
Zoom support with the person doing the work, not a ticket queue and not a chatbot. Questions get answered by someone who can actually change the file.
We turn work down rather than deliver something poor or unlawful. If we cannot build what you asked for, we cancel and refund instead of improvising.
Approved refunds are released within 48 working hours of the original payment clearing our account — weekends, UK bank holidays and your own bank's processing time are not counted in that. Because each product is made to your brief, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once work has begun; the full detail is on the refund policy and terms.
